Flawless customer experience from start to finish, from getting a prompt quote from Stacey and reminder prior to the appointment and the work on the day itself by Charlie and Sheila. They put up two ceiling roses and pendent lights today and were delightful, prompt and professional. Would definitely use again!

Can't speak highly enough of the service we received. We first noticed the issue (which didn't appear to be an emergency) late at night, by 14:30 the next day it was resolved! Very responsive customer service and then a very friendly electrician carried out the work quickly to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will use again ourselves.
